David E. Wagner is the founder and owner of Wagner Polygraph Service.  Mr. Wagner is a retired law enforcement officer having served as a Deputy U.S. Marshal and an Undersheriff (2nd in Command) for an Illinois Sheriff’s Office.  Mr. Wagner completed his basic polygraph training at the prestigious Department of Defense Polygraph Institute (DoDPI) located at Fort Jackson, South Carolina in 2004.  Upon graduating from DoDPI, Mr. Wagner became a State of Illinois licensed polygraph examiner.  Mr. Wagner has served for more than 17 years as polygraph examiner having completed thousands of pre-employment and criminal polygraph exams.  Mr. Wagner is also a graduate of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia.
